Professor Colin C.
Williams has 25 years experience of researching undeclared
work. He is currently Professor of Public Policy in the School of Management
at the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom and was previously
Professor of Work Organisation at the University of Leicester School of
Management. He has written 20+ books and over 200 peer-reviewed journal
articles on undeclared work and related subjects. His clients include
various ministries of the UK government, including the National Audit
Office, Small Business Service, Office of National Statistics, Office of
the Deputy Prime Minister, and Department of Trade & Industry, various
local councils in the UK, the European Commission and the European
Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions. His books
include Informal Work in Developed Nations (2009, Routledge), Measures
to Combat Undeclared Work in 27 EU member states and Norway
(2009, European Foundation), The Hidden Enterprise Culture: entrepreneurship
in the underground economy (2008, Edward Elgar) and Cash-in-Hand
Work (2004, Palgrave-Macmillan).

Professor
Jay KANDAMPULLY is a Professor of Services
Management and Hospitality from the College of Education and Human Ecology
at the Ohio State University, USA. Among his research interests are
services management and marketing, service delivery and quality management,
and hospitality management; his current interests include service networks,
new business models in the age of technology, relationship marketing,
business clusters and alliances, Technology and its contributions to
services. He has many scholarly publications in international peer reviewed
journals including Service Industries Journal, European Business Review,
International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Corporate
Reputation Review, Journal of Hospitality and Leisure Marketing, and
International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management. He has also
published books in the fields of services management and hospitality and
gotten prestigious research awards in these fields. Besides serving as
an editorial board members in the reputable journals, Professor KANDAMPULLY
currently is the Editor of Managing Service Quality journal since 2001 and
Journal of Service Management (newly appointed). He also serves
as book review editor since 2001 and has served as Special Issue
Editor in international peer reviewed journals.
