REFUND POLICY
Refunds are available for the ICEMP conference attendees. However, you must
send us a written (by post or e-mail) Registration Payment Refund Request
before the deadlines listed below. The amount you are reimbursed will depend
on the date that we receive the request. Requests sent to us via postal
carrier should be postmarked before the deadline in order to receive the
deadline's refund amount. Refund requests should be addressed to:

If any participant does not attend the conference, our Institution regrets
that they will not be able to provide a refund of the conference fees. Those
who are eligible for refunds will be reimbursed approximately 4-6 weeks after
the conclusion of the conference.
